Cast Out would probably be a solid sideboard card. Maybe some of the combat tricks like Vampire's Zeal to help clear out defending creatures.

I've currently also been playing with a discard themed deck, and I can tell you that one problem you might run into is actually having too many discard mechanics, and not enough to follow it up. With the amount of discard you have the your opponent is likely going to have an empty hand by turn 4 or 5, and at that point a lot of your cards become really underwhelming. What helps is mixing in some cards that punish them for having an empty hand.

Hyperalgialysis mentioned Torment of Scarabs which fits that slot pretty nicely. I would also consider going up to four Torment of Hailfires, it is a card that has worked wonders as a finisher for me, and I've seen it deal 10+ damage quite a few times.

I tried playing with Deadeye Tormentor but I found he was too much of an under performer. Making my opponent sometimes discard one did not make up for that fact that he was a 2/2 for 3.

Hmmm, ya making cuts can definitely be tricky. I'd say Rakdos Charm is situational based on what cards your playgroup is using. I ended up taking it out, but I could see it being useful in some situations.

Aside from that I'd probably cut a couple lands. With the number of mana rocks you are running I think 36 lands would be more than enough.

I play Inalla as well and made a lot of these same upgrades. If you really want to have fun with the cloning theme, you could try adding a Flameshadow Conjuring to make 2 clones of every wizard.

Sage of Fables is a solid addition for buffing your creatures and for card advantage.

Looking at your Maybeboard I'd advocate for using both Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind and Vela the Night-Clad. Both of them have been extremely useful for me.

Looks pretty fun. I'm curious, what role does the Trove of Temptation fill?

Your curve is a bit steep right now. Have you considered adding some Otepec Huntmasters to help get the dinos out faster, and to give them haste the turn they come out?

I have a very similar Lazav commander deck, and its one of my absolute favorites. There are very few things I enjoy more in magic than turning people's down decks against them.

Some other cards that you might have fun with:

Raiders' Wake - Make all those discard cards deal damage

Fleet Swallower - Traumatize on a creature

Memory Plunder - Steal spells from graveyards

Mindleech Mass and Silent-Blade Oni - Steal cards from hands

This looks super fun. Have you considered playing with Torment of Hailfire a board clear / alternate win condition?

I'd recommend dropping a few lands. I've found 34-38 to be the sweet spot for most commander decks I've run. You can replace a few of those lands with some mana artifacts like Sol Ring and that will tend to make things run more smoothly.

From there I'd add some more zombie tribal support with cards like Endless Ranks of the Dead, Relentless Dead, and Diregraf Colossus.

You might try playing around with some on-theme removal with Cruel Revival

If you want something that combos with Jaya, you could try some madness cards.

Fiery Temper and Avacyn's Judgment seem to fit the general theme of your deck.

Malevolent Whispers could be fun as well, as you can use the madness trigger to cast it on an opponent's turn, and then block their attackers with one of their own creatures.

Ruthless Knave might be a possibility for a 3 drop for you.

I really love the Marionette Gift decks, they are super cool. Have you considered Champion of Wits? It isn't ultra expensive and fits pretty nicely.

Haha I love the gimmick. I would suggest Drover of the Mighty. It fits the colors, fits the curve, helps get the bigger creatures out faster, and as long as you have a dino out, it survives sorrow's path.

Jade Guardian and Deeproot Waters might be decent additions to you deck.
