Infinimage007 Deckling

Someday, someone will best me. But it won't be today, and it won't be you. - Last Word

This flavor text (and card) really shows my general outlook on life. I am driven, knowledgeable, analytical, and organized. I push myself to be the best at everything I do, even if that takes a little sacrifice and hurt. Even though I am organized and analytical, I rely a lot on my emotions and my gut feeling. I identify strongly as . I am more than I am , but I dislike the philosophies of both colors. However, when I am under pressure or in a bad mood, I more likely to show signs of .

In the card game, I tend to gravitate towards and strategies. These allow me to have responses to anything my opponents throw at me, and they combine efficient spells, planeswalkers, and creatures. My favorite format is Modern; I like the 60 card deck size, but I don't like Standard and I'm not too into Legacy. Standard is too boring, mainly because of its shallow card pool. Modern fits nicely in the middle, and it has since become my favorite format.

As far as my view on card and deck design, I identify as a mix of Spike, Johnny, and Mel. Spikes love winning, Johnny loves interesting card interactions, and Mel loves cards that have awesome mechanics.

When I discovered MTG, I was immediately drawn to it. The idea of building a deck of your own to battle people with was mesmerizing. This was during the Innistrad block, just after Avacyn Restored had come out. I've only ever played casually (and occasionally on Untap.in), and I don't have a lot of cards, but TappedOut.net has been a fantastic creativity outlet for me (and a time sink).

VraskaTheCursed: Correct. Sacrificing 6 permanents and taking 15 damage is the reason you play Emrakul.

bushido1010: When you sacrifice a creature using Attrition, you can destroy another target creature. Meaning, you can destroy an opponent's creature, and put a +1/+1 counter on Yahenni. So, not wrong.

Attrition lets you activate both abilities on Yahenni. Seems like good value to me.
