As someone who almost always plays mono-white I can attest that the card draw is actually pretty terrible. Mentor of the Meek is a thing but is counteracted by another one of white's assets which is access to the most/best anthems. Put one Honor of the Pure down and suddenly Mentor doesn't even trigger from a 2/1 anymore.
The only real card draw available is via artifacts and that's usually at a terrible rate.
Mono Black is pretty strong in Pauper I hear...
With a decent chunk of red cards, how often is Vampire Nocturus going active?
Hm fair enough, what about Journey to Nowhere in that case?
Another card to consider could possible be Erebos, God of the Dead. Gives you card draw if at a bad rate but also shuts down the life gain from cards like Siege Rhino, Wingmate Roc, Sorin, Courser, Seeker Of The Way (theirs not yours!), etc.
Could be a sideboard option.
The lifegain from Condemn can potentially be a huge hinderance for you. Say you have to tuck away something with even 6+ toughness that's a lot of lifegain for an aggro deck to handle.
Path to Exile is where you want to be.
My best advice is to try to figure out a decisive plan for your deck and build towards that. It will be easier to upgrade and for others to give more specific advice for your deck once you have more of a clear goal or theme for your deck in mind.
Right now it seems like a deck utilizing metalcraft/artifacts might be what you're looking for.
Master is cool in decks that can not care about the card advantage he's giving your opponent but overall Herald is more versatile.
