Sorry it took so long to get back to you since you comment on my Grixis list. For some reason I was thinking that comment was on someone else's list that I am subscribed to.
I realize this list hasn't been updated for Amonkhet standard, but it really should be. Grixis got some AMAZING things. (Speaking of... I haven't updated mine either. Been playing UW and Jeskai lately.)
Anyways, I like where your head is with the deck, but you're trying to do too many things here.
You can't Main Board Goblin Dark-Dwellers or Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet. In your first game, your opponent is going to have a fair bit of removal in their hand to kill creatures. When you pack too many creatures in, they have fewer dead cards in their hand against you. You can bring a few creatures in from the board after game 1 because they will recognize you're a control deck and lighten up on removal.
Dynavolt Tower is still good in this format, but can be a little slow if you're trying to jam it down in the first six turns. I would suggest dropping to 2 in the Main with maybe 1 in the board for match-ups where it's just really good.
However, if you're playing Dynavolt Tower, then 4x Harnessed Lightning and 4x Glimmer of Genius are 100% necessary. They're the only spells you can play that guarantee a Dynavolt Tower activation with a single spell. There's simply no wiggle room on this one.
Next, you need 4x Torrential Gearhulk. A 5/6 body for 6 CMC that you get to play on your opponent's turn AND get a free instant back from the Graveyard is just too good to ignore. In a control deck it is infinitely better than tapping out on your own turn for Goblin Dark-Dwellers and leaving them an entire turn to do whatever they want.
You should drop Transgress the Mind from the Main. There are some decks (like mono-white humans or zombies) where you just CANNOT tap out on turn 2 to take one of 6 or 7 cards from their hand. Some decks won't even have a card to take, so you've effectively spent a turn to see what they have in their hand, but can't do anything about their next turn play.
Blue got Censor from Amonkhet. It's been really, really strong in games a the beginning of Amonkhet standard. HOWEVER, it is becoming less-and-less good as time goes on, because people becoming used to playing around it (e.g., they hold 1 mana up before casting a card they need to resolve). So, my logic is currently on the plan that... wait for it... Revolutionary Rebuff is currently the correct counter spell to play main in the 2 CMC slot.
Revolutionary Rebuff Doesn't hit Scrapheap Scrounger, Heart of Kiran, or Aetherworks Marvel (all seeing high levels of Tier 1 play right now). BUT you also now have access to Magma Spray and you should be running 3x Negate.
Running out of time (at work), so let me just throw out some things I think your MAIN deck has to have:
26x Lands (25 isn't enough, unfortunately... I've upped all my control decks to 26 and it's much more consistent with mana. At least 3 need to be Wandering Fumarole. Also, don't expect to cast any UU, BB, RR spells consistently on T2/T3 without less than 18 sources of the color you need to cast.)3x Revolutionary Rebuff3x Negate3x Disallow4x Torrential Gearhulk2x Dynavolt Tower (max)4x Harnessed Lightning4x Glimmer of Genius 3x Magma Spray or 2x Magma Spray and 1x Shock1-2x Pull from Tomorrow (this card swings games after T6/T7)1x Sweltering Suns2x Fatal Push3x Unlicensed Disintegration
Also, I've been testing Glyph Keeper against Mardu Vehicles post-board. I was running two, but I think I'm going to up it to three. Mardu now boards in more removal plus planeswalkers. Glyph Keeper requires two spells and/or abilities to kill, will trade with Heart of Kiran in combat, pressures their Planeswalkers, and has EMBALM. Post board against Mardu you definitely want creatures to bring in.
