Been having solid results with this on xmage.

To answer the obvious question: No, the deck does not run the Saheeli Rai and Felidar Guardian combo. Reasoning: as soon as your opponent sees that you're playing Jeskai colors, they're HAVE to assume you're running the combo and will play around it. This slows them down against control and really confuses them during side-boarding.

UPDATE: Just got 3rd/4th in the Jan 27th SCG IQ in Albany, LA with this list. Lost in semi-finals to a friend playing Jeskai Saheeli. It's normally a good match-up for me, but I flooded on lands for 6 or 7 turns in a row and he knew I wasn't running the combo.

Opponents not knowing if I had the combo or not always defaulted to assuming I did. My only two losses were to friends that knew my list didn't have the combo.
