So I'm curious about Wingmate Roc's lifegain ability. Specifically, does each attacking creature trigger as an individual instance of lifegain or is it all wrapped up as one instance? The interaction I'm referencing is how this plays with Ajani's Pridemate.

Wingmate Roc's ability is a single ability that counts each attacking creature you control and then causes you to gain that much life. It doesn't confer an ability to other triggers, and it doesn't trigger whenever a creature attacks. Single ability, single instance of lifegain, single Ajani's Pridemate trigger.
