casual format Grindstone and Painter's Servanttap Grindstone would my opponent lose when he cant draw any more cards due to grindstone or would my opponent lose during his coming draw phase?

You only get the lose event if you are unable to draw a card at any point. If you're not trying to draw a card then this won't be a factor, so he'll lose the next time he tries to draw and he cannot.
