Voice of the Woods and shroud (Eladamri, Lord of Leaves)

So i'm working on making an elvish EDH deck, which works off of tapping my elves to accomplish things, such as get mana or get creatures in play. Voice of the Woods specific ability is to tap 7 elves and put a 7/7 elemental onto the field. Would the ability of shroud from Eladamri, Lord of Leaves affect the ability to tap? I don't think so, i just want to make sure.

That's what I thought, I just wanted to make sure though. Thanks for the quick answer though.

You'd be able to tap them. Shroud only stops targeting. A spell or ability only targets if it uses the word "target." Also, costs never target.
