Tokens and graveyard

I had a question about creature tokens. When a creature token dies, does it just disappear or go into the graveyard?Thanks!
Tokens are exiled as soon as they hit the graveyard, but they do hit the graveyard and cause die effects to trigger.

@pskinn01: Note that the tokens aren't actually exiled. They cease to exist. Exiling something means it changes zones from its current zone to exile; the token remains in the graveyard until SBAs are performed, at which time it just disappears without changing zones again.

It goes into the graveyard and then disappears as a state-based action (before anything else happens, basically).
