Talent of the Telepath w/ Spell Mastery? 4 spells?

The card Talent of the Telepath has a Spell Mastery ability I'm confused about. In the ability's description it says "you may cast up to two revealed instant AND/OR sorcery cards instead of one." Does this mean that with spell mastery I can get up to two instant AND two sorcery spells? Four cards total?

No, you can get any combination of 2 instant/sorcery spells. So one of these choices:
2 Instant spells
1 Instant spell, and 1 sorcery spell
2 sorcery spells.
