Sapling of Colfenor Jeska, Thrice Reborn & Break Through the Line

Hi, if 0 loyalty cost Jeska, Thrice Reborn and triple damage dealt when dealing damage to an opponent with Sapling of Colfenor and then pay a red mana to activate Break Through the Line and target Sapling, do I get through as its power is 2, and then the damage is tripled?

That is correct. Jeska's ability doesn't affect the power of the targeted creature, so sapling can be targeted by the enchantment and will get through and deal six damage. Notably, you can even increase the sapling's power and have it still be unblockable as long as you activate break through the line first. This is because the enchantment only checks the creature's power when it targets.
