Hey guys, how would I go about using Archive Trap after my opponents fetch resolves, but before the end of my turn?

You can cast a spell whenever you have priority. You can cast it basically anytime that you want. If your opponent cracks the fetch in you end step after the ability resolves you will get priority again and you can cast Archive Trap on you opponent.

Okay, so if I pass priority in attempt to move to my end step, and they crack the fetch, after it resolves and they search I can cast Archive Trap?

Yes. The game doesn't advance to the next step or phase until all players pass priority over an empty stack. If your opponent activates an ability, you'll have to pass priority again afterward to advance the game to the next step or phase. You can cast Archive Trap at that point.
