Why is recruiter of the guard illegal in edh when it is not on the official ban list?

Its showing as illegal in my deck list for srams sword collection on the site.

This website has recently been having some kind of database-related problems with format legality. Always use the official resources in place for each format to determine a given card's legality.
Recruiter of the Guard's entry here on TappedOut currently shows as legal for EDH/Commander, so see if re-saving your deck fixes the problem. If it doesn't, make a post in the Official Missing/Incorrect Card/Token thread so one of the site admins can see it.

FYI, I made a mistake in my suggestion for how to get it fixed. You're supposed to report card legality problems using the Contact Form (it's in the list of links down at the bottom of every page).

Its legal in the normal multiplayer rules of commander. You have been told false information.
