Power and Toughness Increase?

Does Consuming Aberration's power and toughness increase as your opponent's graveyard gets bigger?

For example: If Consuming Aberration is out on the battlefield and my opponent has 10 cards in his graveyard, then it would be a 10/10. If 5 more cards get added to my opponent's graveyard, would it change to a 15/15?

Yes.

Consuming Aberration has a static ability that defines its power and toughness. Whenever a card enters (or leaves) an opponents graveyard, the power and toughness of Consuming Aberration changes accordingly. It changes as a state based action, so no player can respond to the change.

Yes it does. Keep milling 'em and Consuming Aberration gets bigger and bigger. :D

Note that the change is not a state-based action; it's instantaneous and happens the moment the game state changes. State-based actions are only performed when a player would be given priority.
