Overwhelming Stampede + Morph

Let's say i have 3 face-down morphs (2/2) on battlefield and i cast Overwhelming Stampede. When is the very last moment i can turn morph face-up and reveal let's say Krosan Colossus ? Can i do it after my opponent passes priority to me with response and before Overwhelming Stampede is going to resolve since tunrning morph face-up is special action that doesnt use stack? Or i have to regain priority to turn morph face-up?

You have to have priority to take a special action.

116.1. Special actions are actions a player may take when they have priority that don’t use the stack. These are not to be confused with turn-based actions and state-based actions, which the game generates automatically.
