Mythic rare rules

Asked by DeRotto17 6 years ago

So I understand that when it comes to Legendary creatures, you can only have 1 Legendary creature of the same name on the battlefield at one time. However, I am confused about Mythic rares in general. For example, can I have multiple Drogskol Reaver on the battlefield since they are not Legendary?

There is no restiction for the amount of nonlegendary creatures you are allowed to have. So you can have multiple Drogskol Reavers.

The Rule you are reffering to is the "legendary rule" and it does only care about Legendary permanents. It doesn't account rarity.

Rarity has no functional impact on the game beyond those few formats that use rarity as a deck construction rule (e.g., Pauper).
