My bestow on an opponent's creature

If my opponent Spellskites my Bestow onto it away from my creature, if Spellskite dies, does the bestow become a creature on their side of the battlefield, or do I get it back?

Spellskite only changes the target of the spell, it does not change the controller. This means that while the Spellskite still lives, you still control the aura, so in the case of Everflame Eidolon you can spend mana to give the Spellskite +1/+0 and your opponent cannot. When Spellskite dies the aura turns back into a creature and stays under your control.
