Interacts of */* with stat changing effects

Ashaya, Soul of the Wild makes all creatures you control Forests, Life and Limb makes forests 1/1. How are the stats of Ashaya (and similar creatures) effected? Is it 1/1 + star/star (astricks not showing up for some reason) or one or the other?
Or does order of play effect them at all?

Ashaya, Soul of the Wild will be a 1/1.

When determining the P/T of a creature, we use a sublayer system. In the first sublayer, you take the P/T defined by any characteristic-defining abilities (CDA), like Ashaya's star/star, and effectively overwrite the "printed" power and toughness of the creature. At this point, Ashaya will be a star/star. Next, you consider any P/T setting abilities, like that of Life and Limb. At this point, Ashaya will be a 1/1. Provided that nothing else is affecting the P/T of Ashaya, you're done, and Ashaya will be a 1/1.
