Interaction with Suspend and Cascade?

So I'm thinking about building a Living End deck and a vital part of the deck involves cascading into Living End. When I cascade into Living End, do I need to wait three turns before using it because it can only be cast using suspend, or do I get to use it immediatly? Thanks

you get the effect immediately. suspending a card is not the same as "casting" it. people have already been doing this for a while now.
