If a player board wipes while Marchesa is in play, can you still return creatures to the battlefield?

Can you have Marchesa, the Black Rose leave the battlefield last or anything like that to get all your creatures with counters back into play?

To answer the second question. No, all of the things leave at the exact same time, however things that change zones at the same time see each other change zones for the purpose of triggered abilities. This means that no matter what you do you will return the things with the counters. So while there is nothing you can do, they are returning as you wanted.

If she has a 1/1 counter on her yes. Her ability says "Whenever a creature you control with a 1/1 counter..." not "Whenever another creature you control with a 1/1 counter..." That is one of the things that makes her so powerful, she protects herself too.

All the creatures are destroyed at the same time, but Marchesa, the Black Rose 's triggered ability will go on the stack for each creature that has a +1/+1 counter on it. You can choose in what order they go on the stack, but it's irrelevant since they all return at the end step anyways
