  1. If I tap 10 red mana and throw a lightning bolt in the cauldron, can I cast 10 bolts the next turn?

  2. 0 mana, ornithopter, can I cast infinite thopters?

You're not casting copies of the exiled card. Once you cast the exiled card, it is moved from exile to the stack, and is no longer linked to the Cauldron.

The cauldron's first ability states that you can "cast that card as long as it remains exiled." Basically, this means that when you do decide to cast it, it goes on the stack and then into the graveyard as do all other spells you cast from your hand. Once it moves out of exile and onto the stack, you can't cast it with the cauldron anymore.

TL;DR: No, because once you cast the exiled spell once, it moves out of exile.
