How does Psychotic Episode interact with Wheel effects?

Say I cast Wheel of Fortune discarding Psychotic Episode paying its madness cost. Does the Episode resolve after the Wheel (so I get to look at 7) or immediately when discarded? I assume the former as the Wheel needs to finish resolving but I wanted to check.

Psychotic Episode will resolve after your Wheel, as the Wheel is already resolving by the time you discard it. It will be put on the stack after Wheel of Fortune resolves. You will have to decide whether you pay the madness cost BEFORE you see your new seven cards, though.
