How agent of the fates works w/ cards like shimmering wings that return to hand

Can I repeat the heroic ability by bringing shimmering wings back to my hand after I targeted agent of the fates? Or can I only use that card once for its effect?

As long as you're targeting Agent of the Fates with a spell (even an aura spell like Shimmering Wings), its heroic ability will trigger. Each time you cast it it's a new spell, even though it's the same card.
