Gluntch counters interaction

If I am running Kros, Defense Contractor or Generous Patron, do the counters bestowed by Gluntch, the Bestower count for their triggered abilities?

Unfortunately, no. With the way Gluntch's ability is written, it's the chosen player who puts the counters on the creature they control, so if you choose an opponent for that then you aren't the one putting counters on their creature. Kros/Patron won't trigger.
