Ghostway and tokens interaction

If i cast Ghostway with a couple of 1/1 human tokens from Gather the Townsfolk will they return to the battlefield after they are exiled? Or, since they are tokens, "disappear?"

There is a special rule for this scenario. If a token would move from a non-battlefield zone to anywhere else it instead doesn't move and cease to exist.
TL;DR: They go poof.

Not quite, lordoftheshadows: if a token would move to anywhere other than the battlefield, it first moves there, and then stops existing. This is important, as it does trigger effects like "When a creature enters the graveyard..."

@TelleoStar I'm not talking about that rule. I am talking about the rule that defines what happens to tokens when they attempt to move from a zone that is not the battlefield to another zone. Ex. Back from exile with Cloudshift .

First, don't repost a question to fix a spelling error.
When a token leaves the battlefield, it doesn't return to the battlefield. It will then disappear due to state based actions.
