Emrakul And Control Magic

If I attack with Emrakul, the Aeons Torn and my opponent has a Control Magic type effect enchanting one of my creatures, can my opponent declare both the enchantment and enchanted creature as 2 of the 6 permanents they are going to sacrifice to satisfy Emrakul, or is only one able to be selected?

Yes, both are able to be selected. Because both players that are in tandem with Control Magic and that other creature, you and the opponent, are still in the game, the controller of Control Magic controls the creature. So you own the other creature, but your opponent controls it, thus letting them sacrifice the creature and the enchantment. The creature will go to your graveyard and the enchantment will go to your opponents. (Then they'll probably die from Emrakul, the Aeons Torn because that guy is a house.)

They can choose both. All of the permanents for a given annihilator trigger are sacrificed simultaneously.
