Do i get 2 additional combat phases each turn?

I have 2 Finest Hours in play. Do i get 2 additional combat phases each turn when a creature I control attacked alone? thanks in advance!

500.8. Some effects can add phases to a turn. They do this by adding the phases directly after the specified phase. If multiple extra phases are created after the same phase, the most recently created phase will occur first.

Phases, like turns, does stack, they just have a horrible wording that makies it not look like it.
