Do copys of cards like Shrapnel Blast require another sacrifice if the copied by a spells effect?

For instance I attack with a 0/0 thopter then cast Howl of the Horde on my second mainphase then sack my thopter and cast Shrapnel Blast RAID- now I get 2 copys of Shrapnel Blast casted on the stack or no because I need 2 more artifacts to sacrifice?

Wow. I think this is the third time I've answered this question with the exact same cards.
Anyway. No. If you copy a spell then you put a copy of it directly onto the stack without paying any costs. This means you don't pay additional costs like sacing an artifact but you also can't pay kicker. Also remember that if a creature ever has 0 toughness it will be put into the graveyard as a state based action. This means you couldn't attack with a 0/0. However the situation would be the same if you attack with a Bear Cub
