Could I blink a card like Putrefax is response to the sac trigger to save it?

So when you have to sacrifice Putrefax at the end of your turn could you use a card like Cloudshift in response to sacrificing it to keep Putrefax forever? Or what would happen?

Putrefax 's ability triggers every end step. You can blink it in response to a trigger to save it during the current end step, but the ability will just trigger again next turn.
