what if you both draw lands? Do you draw again until one of you gets a creature?

Well, the simple version of the answer is that it works exactly the way the reminder text says it does. The player who controls the clash effect chooses an opponent and both players reveal the top card of their libraries. Whoever revealed the card with the highest converted mana cost (the sum of the symbols in the upper-right corner) wins the clash, which usually has some special meaning for the effect. Each player can decide whether to put the card he revealed on the top or bottom of his library.
If you want the full rules text for clash, here it is:
701.20. Clash
701.20a To clash, a player reveals the top card of his or her library. That player may then put that card on the bottom of his or her library.
701.20b "Clash with an opponent" means "Choose an opponent. You and that opponent each clash."
701.20c A player wins a clash if that player revealed a card with a higher converted mana cost than all other cards revealed in that clash.

Clash doesn't say "reveal until you get a nonland card", it just says "reveal the top card". The converted mana cost of a land is 0. If the clash is a tie, no one wins.

Also, note that you aren't drawing anything. Drawing is a very specific game action. The revealed card never goes into your hand.

Does it go back on the top of the deck then?

Like I explained above, after clashing the player decides whether to put the revealed card on the top or bottom of the library.

When you get to the clash part of a spell's resolution, both you and the clashing opponent reveal the top card of your respective libraries. Whoever reveals the card with the highest converted mana cost wins the clash. The subsequent action depends on which player won the clash.
