Casting Phantom Wings to my opponent

Can i cast phantom wings on my opponent's creature then activate it's second ability?
Yes you controll the Phantom Wings even when it's on an opponents creature so you can still activate it's ability to return their creature Hope this helps, Happy tapping:)
