Can i sacrifice Brindle Boar as a response to Doom Blade

If i play Brindle Boar, an my opponent plays Doom Blade. In respone to doom blade can i sacrifice Brindle Boar, or does Doom Blade go right to it?

And yes you can, the stack resolves in reverse order. You sacrifice before the destruction resolves.
