Arcbond+Deflecting palm

if I cast Arcbond, and then Deflecting Palm , can the deflecting palm target the arcbond and prevent the damage dealt to me+deal it again to the opponent?
Deflecting Palm redirects the damage to the controller of the source of the damage, not the player of your choice.
If you cast Arcbond on your own creature, and then do Deflecting Palm, you'll redirect the damage being dealt to you back to yourself. If you cast Arcbond on their creature, you could deflect the damage it would deal to you back to the controller of the creature.

Not exactly. With Arcbond it says "choose target creature... that creature deals damage", so you would target the same creature with Deflecting Palm that you targeted with Arcbond to get the results you were looking for.
