Suggested cards showing as illegal

I'm not sure if this is just happening for RIX cards but, if you tick them as suggestions, the site won't let you proceed as it says they aren't Standard legal.

If you leave them unticked everything is fine.

Don't remember this happening before.

It happens with every new set. Takes a while for them to be included in the legal card list for any given format. That happens even on "casual" decks.
