Rat Colony issue

Whenever I create a deck using more than 4 copies of Rat Colony it forces me to check the prototype box, however additional copies of this particular card are legal. Is there something that can be done here or did it really even matter?

I don't think it matters. It should be fixed of course.

Glad to see. I'm boing forced to check "prototype" for my rat Commander deck just for having two copies of Rat Colony in it.
