Printing

TappedOut forum

I hate repeatedly putting a deck list into magiccards.info to print off my cards. It would be really cool if you could just click one of those buttons on the side that no one uses, and it could print your deck list.

It is there. Under export.

Funny Story. If you go to one of the side buttons that no one uses underneath export/download, there is literally a button that says printable.

Let me clarify. I would like it if it would let you print off PROXIES of your deck.

You can easily Copy/Paste the list. Legit 5 second process.

You can copy/paste the list. Then you have a printed deck list. That isn't proxies.

I don't mean this to come off as rude, but what you're suggesting would be widely underused. There are many other features that would be more beneficial for the site.

Ok, so this is what you do: view deck in print mode, copy, go to bluebones or something, paste, hit ok, print. GG.

It would be more convenient. Remember, you have to then remove all the (17) instants and stuff from there. I am saying that it would be faster and easier.

Most sites designed for proxies have significantly better quality images of cards, not to mention they're much more consistent in sizing. Even if tappedout were to offer this feature, I wouldn't use it. The site would need to update its card base almost entirely. That's a whole lot of effort for tappedout to deliver on a service that other sites are already capable of doing.

I'd rather the site be improved in ways that are more closely related to the principal functions of the site itself.

Okay. I hadn't really thought of how much effort it would be. I haven't noticed quality/size problems on their digital images, but I haven't really payed attention. Thank you for being reasonable, knowing what a proxy is, and giving a reason for why it shouldn't be done, instead of how else it could be done.
