Just trying to figure out alters

I am trying to create an EDH deck with a custom commander, and have uploaded the appropriate alter. However, it is not showing up. I feel like I am missing something very simple but couldn't find the answer on Google.
Currently I have my commander as shown:
1x Atogatog A: 17161 CMDR
but shows up as standard Atogatog. This seems to be what I am supposed to do. Any advice is appreciated. Thank you.
You are to use A=17161 with * on both ends (no spaces). Sometimes it takes a while to update the correct picture. Sometimes it don't show correctly. My page shows some of my commanders with altered art. Sometimes, they show normally.

Oh man. I was just using the alter macro built in, but doing what you said worked perfectly. Thank you!
