There is not a rule against upvoting your own deck, so you are not going to get in trouble (unless you start creating multiple accounts to upvote yourself).

What if I want to remove that self upvote?

Why would you want to remove it? It’s another upvote.

While I don't know if you can remove an upvote after giving it, if you want to see how many people that are not you have upvoted your deck, you can:

  • Subtract one from the number of votes
  • On the right side of the deck page is a list of everyone who voted for your deck, you can check that

There is no reason why you need to remove your own upvote. It is not against any site rules, and therefore is even encouraged. The only problem is if you make more than one account, and then upvote your own deck on a different account from the one that made the deck. If, for some other reason, you still do not want an upvote on your own deck, there is no way that I know of to get rid of it.
