Glitch with Mutagenic Growth

There is a tiny glitch with Mutagenic Growth.

Mutagenic Growth (NPH) becomes Mutagenic Growth

Mutagen Growth (MM2) becomes Mutagenic Growth.

They are both pictured as being from new phyrexia, while one should be from Modern Masters 2015.

could someone please fix this?
