Feature Request: Liking Comments

I know this may be a steep request, and I'm not sure how much work would really go in to adding a "Like" (or upvote) button on comments, but I think it would be very helpful. Replies would be nice too (think about how Facebook does it), but I think a Like/Upvote button would be a great first step.

Yeah especially when someone says something and you more or less agree and are ready for the comment chain to end but still want to acknowledge the comment
