Will DoT rotate when Eldritch moon will be released ?

I wondered that this week end, i always thought so, but it seems it's not the case.
Correct me if i'm wrong but i understood that Dragon of Tarkir will rotate when the next bloc after eldritch moon starts, is that right ?
Rotation only happens whenever a new block is released. EDM is the second set of the SOI block, so rotation won't occur until this fall when the next block comes out. At that point, DTK and ORI will rotate.

The funny thing is that I think everyone who is replying is doing so the title and not the body of the post. XorKoS knows how it works and correctly states it, btlut everyone else is replying to the title.
Tl;dr - OP knows how rotation works, DTK and ORI will rotate when "Lock" comes out Fall 2016.

No, it will rotate when the set after EM comes out.
