Future Standard: Skeleton deck options

I never thought I'd get to say this, but there are too many options for Skeleton-based decks in the upcoming Standard. I've been out of the Standard loop for a while, and Skeletons are one of my top two favorite tribes. Which deck is more suited for the Standard environment right now?

This one is inspired by Izzet Phoenix decks, with a lot of spells and value creatures.
Ossuary Army

This one is a grindy token/lifegain deck with a side of Aristocrats.
Right now, I think the one is better developed, but is my favorite color pair and Golgari Skeletons has been a dream of mine for a long time.
Which is in a better position, and how can I improve either one?

Okay, technically they're not Skeletons, but I think running Kaldheim Changelings like Realmwalker and Masked Vandal would make for amazing options in a Golgari Skeleton deck.
