N00b's First Constructed Deck, Please Help <3

Hey people,

I've been developing this deck Babby's First Zombie Deck over the last few days playing kitchen top Magic, though I would love to improve it to be more competitive and worthy of taking to my first FNM!

I love Nicol Bolas, God-Pharaoh and would go quite far to remodel the deck around him and The Scarab God.

I'm finding that my board presence is quite weak and am afraid I won't be able to reach late game to drop my big Planeswalker. I'm also a bit confused on how to refine the deck's win conditions.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
