Make a Dragon deck work in Arena

Any tips on making this Dragon deck work in Magic arena? I just want a dragon deck because dragons are cool, but this deck never wins a fair fight. It seems too slow to cast the threats and due to my usual bad card draw luck, I don't have the burn spells when I get over run by Rats, pirates, cats, Merfolk, you get the picture. My only thought is to reduce the dragons ot a few big hitters and fill the deck with smaller, hasty creatures to block or get some quick damage in.

I'm assuming your deck is mono red, and if so consider splashing green. This gives you access to Llanowar Elves and Druid of the Cowl which are cards that will help you play your dragons as quickly as possible and can block early threats.
