Postmortal_Pop No one knows. They were just mentioned on the card Steamflogger Boss. I believe I remember reading that they were a subtype of Artifacts.
Personally? I think they will end up being some weird fusion of the Meld and Investigate mechanics, with how they changed the token making wording to be similar to how Riggers assemble contraptions

The mechanic hasn't been solved yet unfortunately, but it is something MaRo is working on, ie no confirmed details on it.
Steamflogger Boss was originally meant as a joke, since you know it's from Future Sight and the set was all about mechanics from the future (hence the weird border on it)
