I have finally done it. I have raised among the ranks of the most superior! No, this is not the getting a rank in the top 100's (which will happen tomorrow, it takes 2 months to get in the top 100). No this is not me having the most accepted card submissions in all of T/O. No this is not me being the most sexually perverse girl here on T/O.
This is about how my most favourite deck, the one I started using when Zendikar came out, having it reach a near competitive level, and became one of the most upvoted decks of all time.
I'm talking about how I reached an upvote score of ...

SCORE: 202 | 15 COMMENTS | 19333 VIEWSSitting at place number 39 of all total decks, and place number 8 for all total modern decks, I feel that I have achieved an achievement that I never before thought possible.
Sitting at an upvote/view ratio ranking, in respect to upvote ranking, of number 12 of all total decks and number three of all total modern decks, I owe it entirely to the T/O community and thank them for their consistent support for my deck.

To be fair, most of the top rated decks are troll decks, anyways. So your deck should really be higher on the list. :P

Which is exactly why I said "in respect to upvote ranking", meaning its position only counts for those that are in the 1/100 or less upvote/view ratio AND have a higher upvote count than it.

Har-har-har.
And if I were to do a ranking based off of decks that aren't troll decks NOR standard decks that have since been abandoned after they rotated out NOR lists that serve a function other than a deck ...
Total deck ranking would be 27 and modern deck rating would be 7.
And upvote/view ranking with respect to total upvotes ranking, total deck rating would be 5th place and modern deck rating would be 2nd place.

I think my only high-ish one is my Alloyed Knights deck, which is kind of a variation of what Femme_Fatale's deck is, now that I think about it...

The highest ranking modern deck goes to TitansFTW and his Battle of Wins, VampireArmy. Though an actual modern deck would have to go to the colourless tron deck, Color? Meh. by Caraculiambro

I'm proud and ashamed that my only deck with a good amount of upvotes is a troll deck.

It's not that we're upgraded users more as we're people you spend the most amount of time interacting with and therefore have gotten to know you better than the majority of this site and furthermore, the only people who give a damb .

Hey Femme_Fatale, what do you mean by "actual Modern deck"? Are you insulting my deck? Is it some kind of joke to you? I put in a tough 5 minutes building that deck to be the best it could be, and you're saying it's not a proper deck? I'm insulted!

Hey TitansFTW, what I meant by "actual Modern deck?" is that a deck must have 60 cards and have at least 5 different cards, each with their own name. Yes I am insluting your deck. No it is not a joke to me. I find it an inslut. An inslut to competitive deck-builders everywhere. The average time spent making a deck should be 30 minutes, any less than that makes it no a proper deck. You should be insluted! I did just inslut you after all.

He more than likely means, that sincethis site keeps track of our score, and rank, and our deck ranks, that these numbers are something you take seriously.

I do care about these numbers, specifically how the hell the site calculates our user ranking. Because I frequently find it chopping off anywhere from 1K-15K worth of points at the end of every day for no apparent reason.
Beyond that, what I REALLY care about is our card database. Points pale in comparison to the proper card information.

Let me clarify: he's probably worried about the validation you get from the numbers.
As for the formula for user points, I think we are all somewhat curious about that. I find it best to not think about it, as it hurts my head....

My definition of validation is the act of making something valid. More closely, confirming something's relevancy to the topic presented at hand. Important in arguments, specifically Philosophy. No idea what definition you guys are using.

Surely there are tons of decks with like 1 upvote to 0 views which gives them an infinite ratio, or even 2 upvotes to like 50 views which is very high.
