i think this should be in deck help, if so just tell me and i will move. if not i just need some ideas for a modern deck that can hold its own at a modern fnm that cost $125 or less. thanks for any ideas. i am open to any ideas no matter how janky. thanks for the help and ideas.

Tainted souls a little above what you are asking for on the cheap side... but if you have any of it that should help - this is one of the first soul sisters mods i did trying to find my little brother a deck he could play

Here's my Modern deck. Modern Goblin Bombardment
It does surprisingly well, and that's with me refusing to put any rares in there. There are probably some great additions you could add for the extra $115. lol

Not sure if you don't know what eta means or you haven't seen any decks in your meta.
Your "meta" refers to decks that see play at where you plan to play yours.
Quest for the Spinning Temple is a great deck if you like control and your meta has little/no enchantment hate.
I Fight For the Users! is great all around as a control deck but aggro may give you troubles.
I Wash My Hands Of This Weirdness is great if you like playing combo decks.

i liked the quest deck, and have never played modern at my local store but know they offer it there that's why i don't know the meta. yes Epochalyptik i did just start a thread like this but i am really lost for a desk so the more i ask the more questions i get.

It would be better to keep everything on one thread; the threads don't disappear forever when they are kicked off the front page.
At this point, you may want to get a few decklists posted. Try making one in each archetype you like. That way, people can continue to discuss those lists and offer help once your threads die. It will also give you a better feel for what kind of deck you might like to play.

Tribal Deck: Elementals is a really cheap aggro modern deck. take a look and if you have any questions, post it on the deck. :)

What does your meta look like? I have a few cheap brews that I could reccomend but its hard to suggest some without knowing what you would face.
