Is there an account of a Planeswalker having problems with a language barrier?

Just wondering how the Planeswalkers communicate so well after jumping to a plane they've never been to before.

I've been playing a Pathfinder campaign in which each party member is a planeswalker and an interesting challenge my character has faced was not being able to speak with the locals of the first plane he jumped to. The GM isn't really following lore to the T, and I am okay with that (so far) but the situation got me wondering if there is any lore that suggests that languages differ from plane to plane?

I think the whole language barrier thing is just hand waved off in lore.

I like to think the spark which make the PWs able to planeswalk also make them understand the native laungue of the new plane.

There sort of is. Like when Gideon first planeswalked, the people that he first talked to did not hear Kytheon Iora correctly and thought he said Gideon Jura

I mean, in the novel Planeswalker, Serra had trouble communicating with Urza and Xantcha. The two of them spoke to each other in a wide array of words from many different languages. Serra simply couldn't keep up. In the same book, Xantcha had trouble speaking with many villagers from other planes. Another character from a separate series had difficulty speaking in general. Whilst Greensleeves wasn't technically a Planeswalker, she did travel between separate planes.
