Best use for Pyromancer's Swath

I'm working on my cube, trying to make it less creature-focused, and I've found a shiny Pyromancer's Swath in my binder. There is an Instants and Sorceries matter theme in the build, but most of the time the burn spells fit into a midrange or aggro deck.
I'm just trying to find the proper way to support this. Any suggestions?
Well there are a few ways to go with it.
You could use it as a piece to suport a graeshot storm style archtype. Grapeshot dealing 3 means storm needs to only be 5-7.
You could use it in a madness or mono red burn style build as another piece. Cards with flashback and burn or similar.
You could also use it as a donate package? Harmless offering etc
Without seeing the full cube though hard to do an indepth look at it

Ive decided to just cut it for Impact Tremors. It's much more impactful.
