BRG Negative Counter (MtG Casual)(Need Help)

I've built/upgraded this deck over the last few weeks along with two others and it has seen some serious changes over this time.

The deck is based on using Negative Counters to trigger the effect of cards like Obelisk Spider and Kulrath Knight. The problem, I have right now, is, that I can't really decide on what to keep/put in/drop out, since there are a lot of cards I could use. A lot of the cards I would use also are pretty heavy on the Mana, which helps making the decisions difficult. If anyone has any good ideas how to upgrade it, without changing the strategy too much, I'd be really grateful.
